When does my allowance renew?
Free attempts reset at 00:00 UTC. Paid credits renew each entitlement month, anchored to the start of the paid entitlement, even on an annual subscription. The usage reset date and subscription renewal date are different.
What does a task cost?
A music generation or extension uses 1 paid credit. Free music generation uses 1 attempt. Output variations do not each incur a separate task charge. Lyrics-only generation uses no music-task credits.
Are downloads and commercial rights the same thing?
No. An active monthly or annual paid plan unlocks MP3/WAV downloads and private generation. Commercial rights and certificates require an eligible annual paid plan. A download alone does not grant commercial permission.
How long are songs kept?
Free includes 30-day cloud storage, and paid plans include 730-day storage. Download work you want to keep while you have download access. Storage does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Who can see my songs?
Free songs are public. Paid plans let you create private songs and choose when to share them. See the Privacy Policy for details about your information.
What happens when a task fails?
Processing reserves allowance. Successful tasks consume it; failed tasks release it. Deleting a completed output does not refund its usage units. Contact support if a task remains unresolved.
