MusicGPT Studio is operated by Dreamspark AI LLC.

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use MusicGPT Studio only where you are legally permitted to do so.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, probe infrastructure without permission, or use the service to create or distribute unlawful or infringing material.

Your inputs and generated results

You remain responsible for prompts, lyrics, audio, and other material you submit, including having the rights needed to submit and process it.

Generated results may be similar to material produced for other users and are not guaranteed to be unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Each generation is probabilistic and may differ, including when the same prompt or settings are used. We do not guarantee identical, consistent, accurate, complete, or satisfactory output. Differences between generations or output that does not meet your expectations or requirements are not a basis for a refund.

Plans, credits, and billing

Paid plans renew for the billing period shown at checkout until canceled. Usage limits, included rights, and feature access are described on the pricing page and may differ by plan and billing interval.

You authorize applicable recurring charges when starting a subscription.

Downloads, visibility and commercial entitlement

Free-plan songs are public by default and available for online listening. Active paid plans provide MP3/WAV downloads and private generation. Private visibility controls whether other users can access a song.

Commercial entitlement and the commercial certificate workflow follow the eligible annual paid-plan contract. Free and monthly plans do not include that entitlement. You remain responsible for rights to all submitted material; a service certificate does not establish copyright registration, guarantee uniqueness or authorize third-party material.

Availability and changes

Music generation may be delayed or temporarily unavailable. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product operation.

Disclaimers and liability

MusicGPT Studio is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or that generated content will meet every legal, commercial, or creative requirement.

To the extent permitted by law, Dreamspark AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for the first paid subscription purchase (a purchase that is not an automatic renewal), and only when both conditions below are met:

• The request is submitted within 12 hours of the purchase or payment.

• No more than 2 credits from that subscription have been consumed.

• Automatic renewal charges are not refundable.

Both conditions are mandatory. If either condition is not met, the payment is not eligible for a refund. This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights.
