Canceling a subscription

You may cancel an eligible subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal, while access continues through the end of the already-paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

Refund requests

Payments are generally non-refundable once credits, model processing, downloads, or other paid benefits have been used. If you were charged because of a technical or billing error, contact us promptly with the account email, charge date, and a description of the problem.

Where applicable law provides a mandatory cancellation or refund right, that right applies regardless of this policy.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Report duplicate or unauthorized charges as soon as possible. We may request information needed to locate the transaction and protect the account. Contacting us first can help resolve mistakes without delaying account access.

Generation failures

A failed or incomplete generation does not automatically create a cash refund. Processing tasks reserve allowance; tasks marked failed release the reserved usage units. Completed tasks consume allowance, and deleting their outputs does not restore it. Contact support if a task remains unresolved.
