MusicGPT Studio does not store your payment card details.

How information is shared

We share the minimum information needed with companies that help us deliver the service and process payments. Information is processed under applicable terms and agreements.

Public and private songs

Free-plan songs are public by default. Eligible paid plans allow private generation. Prompts, lyrics and other information included on a public song or shared page can be viewed by visitors to that page. Do not include personal information that you do not want to publish. Private inputs and outputs are still processed to deliver the features you request.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You can sign out, manage or cancel an eligible subscription, and contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained where required for security, billing, dispute resolution, or law.
